Chloe Is Pulled Over and Arrested by Officer Lo Valentine pt2

Officer Lo Valentine brings in Chloe Houston, still handcuffed. She cuffs her to the bench and leaves her there for a few minutes. When she returns, she removes Chloe’s shoes and removes her from the bench. She takes her mugshots and leads her over to a table, removing her handcuffs so she can take her fingerprints and information. After, she is put back in handcuffs and led to back to the mugshot board. Her handcuffs are removed and Officer Lo informs her she needs to remove her clothes for a strip search.
