Officer Mia Trains Larz and Amber pt3

The training finishes off with Officer Mia showing the two new rookies how to do an arrest outside. She orders the rookies to put their hands on the car, asks them if they have any weapons on them, does a thorough pat down, and reads them their rights. She then places them in cuffs to finish her demonstration. Larz and Amber are uncuffed, and then told to practice on one another. Amber is first, placing a pair of handcuffs on Larz quickly. She reads Larz her rights, and then needs to be reminded to do a pat down. Larz is let out of the cuffs and its her turn to arrest Amber. Larz orders Amber to put her hands on the car and deftly cuffs her. She then attempts to read the rights from memory and gets it almost completely correct. She quickly does a thorough pat down before finishing with the arrest. Mia finishes it out by giving some advice on making sure the cuffs are double locked, and not too loose on your perp.
