Officer Reese and Officer Nikki Arrest Two Crooked Officers pt1

Officer Reese has Officer Chloe come in and she begins taking her information down and Chloe questions why. Reese tells her she knows she and her partner were involved in a hit and run and she had to arrest her. Officer Chloe is fingerprinted and handcuffed, her mugshots are taken, and she is cuffed to a bench. Reese didn’t know she had a hidden key, and Chloe was able to escape. When Reese finds the empty cuffs, she finds Officer Nikki and they go after Chloe’s partner, Officer Olivia. They quickly find and arrest her, handcuffing her with a pair of black handcuffs.
